Chevron Phillips Singapore Chemical (Private) Limited was incorporated in April 1980 as a joint venture between a Chevron Phillips Chemical subsidiary (50%), EDB Investments Pte Ltd (30%) and Sumitomo Chemical Company, Limited (20%). CPSC is based on Jurong Island, a world-class industrial hub located one mile off the Singapore mainland.
