Our company completed 2019 with zero Tier 1 Process Safety Events for the first time ever, achieved our best-ever Tier 1 and 2 combined Process Safety Event Rate, and did not experience a single Recordable Injury associated with a Process Safety Event. Along with this, Q-Chem finished 2019 with a Process Safety Event Rate of zero and ended the year at 588 consecutive days without a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Process Safety Event.
