HyperGELTM is a synthetic polymer with multiple applications in the coil tubing market. The product can be applied for drag reduction or hole cleaning during operations such as plug drill outs. Benefits that are associated with using this product are rapid hydration, tolerance to robust water chemistry, and the elastic nature of the product which assists in carrying debris from the well.
HyperGELTM is currently offered as a liquid suspension. It is packaged in 275-gallon totes or 5-gallon pails. Product application can be completed by adding directly to the mix tank or metered positive displacement pump.
